To provide our customers with choice, we carry alternate grades, product sizes and pack sizes and we have developed a selection of value-added items to reduce prep-time and create efficiencies the chefs and cooks that use our products. We also source and stock selected pantry items to service our customer base with complementary products.

Frozen seafood, which is the core of our range, offers chefs, cooks and business owners a convenient and waste free option to include seafood in their menus. The ability to hold stock and defrost on demand helps our customers manage peaks in their business and takes the guess-work out of ordering.

We protect the quality of our products by sourcing only from a trusted network of fisheries and suppliers and subjecting every order to quality controls. As part of our Quality Assurance program, through each stage of our supply-chain our products are rigorously inspected to ensure they meet our strict quality standards, specifications and guidelines.
