Oceanic Food is continuing to trade and respond to the needs of our customers during this difficult time as they also adapt and respond to the new conditions.
We hold sufficient stock of frozen seafood lines to continue to supply to our customers that also continue to trade however we may limited order quantities of some grocery lines which are experiencing high demand.
Operationally, we are following the advice of the responsible health authorities as well as taking our own steps to protect the health of our customers and our staff.
Current precautionary measures include limiting social contact and exposure for our team during deliveries and by carefully controlling access to our site.
Our administration and field staff will work from home rather than from the office wherever possible and we have updated our internal policies.
You will note that our sales team have moved to phone based contact rather than visiting our customers face-to-face.
To comply with current health advice, please note there is no entry to our office and that special pick-up protocols apply.
